A global frontrunner in water technology solutions. I am currently in search of a talented Field Service Coordinator to strengthen the Service Delivery team based in Luscombe, Brisbane. This position entails providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele across Queensland.

About the role:
Join the Oceania Service Delivery Team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll collaborate with a proactive group of individuals dedicated to providing top-notch service administrative support across Australia and New Zealand. Your role involves ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery in the region, enhancing the customer experience through professional expertise and trust-building with customers, colleagues, service partners, and contractors. This position entails managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, handling administrative tasks such as service contracts, and organizing technician schedules and tasks. Ideally based in Huntingdale, Victoria, this role may also be located at our Luscombe premises in Queensland.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for service colleagues and contractors.
  • Schedule technicians for on-site work.
  • Manage spare parts selection and ordering.
  • Handle after-sales service calls and inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations for repair works and spare parts.
  • Follow up on open service orders, including faults, repairs, and quotations.
  • Organize training courses and toolbox talks for technicians.
  • Investigate and process customer credit requests.
  • Ensure efficient communication with customers, staff, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist technicians with administrative tasks.
  • Proofread and write technical service reports.
  • Monitor open service orders weekly and take appropriate action.
  • Provide after-sales guidance and support to end users and dealers.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones across Australia and New Zealand.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, task-focused, and team-oriented.
  • Results-driven with commercial and business support experience.
  • Communicative, independent, efficient, initiative-oriented, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP CS, SAP CRM, and MS Office applications desirable.
  • Previous experience with pump technology or similar advantageous.
  • Ability to work with processes and participate in projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
