As a Service Coordinator, you’ll support national service operations across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service jobs
- Manage service orders and follow through to completion
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotes
- Order and track spare parts
- Review and issue service reports
- Organise internal meetings, training, and toolbox talks
- Process credit requests and maintain service documentation
- 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, admin, or ops support
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Confident working independently and with a team
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Background in technical services or working with field technicians (preferred)
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
