As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting national service operations across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for service jobs
- Manage service orders from initiation through to completion
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare service quotations
- Order and track parts and materials
- Review, process, and issue service reports
- Organise internal training sessions, toolbox talks, and team meetings
- Process credit requests and maintain accurate service documentation
- 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, administration, or operations support
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently and within a team
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting field-based technicians or working in a technical services environment (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
