About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll support national service operations across Australia and New Zealand. You'll coordinate technicians, manage service orders, and ensure smooth delivery of onsite and remote services. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service jobs
  • Manage service orders and follow through to completion
  • Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotes
  • Order and track spare parts
  • Review and issue service reports
  • Organise internal meetings, training, and toolbox talks
  • Process credit requests and maintain service documentation
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in service coordination, admin, or ops support
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Confident working independently and with a team
  • Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Background in technical services or working with field technicians (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
