Job description
Service Manager with 5+ years’ experience managing the delivery of maintenance services, minor works projects and Fit-Outs of AV systems and Data Comms to Universities, Commercial Offices, Financial Services and Government sectors.

Managing teams providing Managed Service / Repairs, Fit-Outs, Minor Project Works and Upgrades across a diverse portfolio of Government, Tertiary Education, Financial Services and Commercial Offices.

Skills and Attributes
- Over 8 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 5 years Account Management or Service Manager experience within an organisation delivering Audio Visual and Data Comms solutions to a mix of client premises.
- Engaging personality, you will be able to drive new business opportunities across maintenance, fit-outs and minor works.
- You will have excellent Client Relationship Management skills, undertake client premises walk-rounds and identify scope of works, pricing of minor works and recommending variations.
- Prior experience across a range of commercial projectors and flat panel displays, control panels, sound, projector security, digital signage, projector screens, document and viewing cameras and interactive whiteboards.
