As a Service Support Manager, you will lead a dynamic support engineering team, manage project installations, and address service-related concerns with our valued customers.
Requirements: We're seeking a passionate professional with a background in radiation oncology, boasting either 2-3 years of management experience or 3-5 years in project management/support, eager to elevate their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison and Supervision: Act as the primary point of contact between diverse teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective task coordination.
Team Motivation: Inspire and drive team performance through management, coaching, career planning, and educational initiatives.
Training: Oversee comprehensive training programmes for new employees and ensure ongoing compliance with training requirements.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily field support activities, including installations, repairs, and service contract strategies.
Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints, handle escalated calls, and build strong relationships with sales and technical teams.
Communication: Maintain effective communication within the team and with other divisions through regular updates and meetings.
Strategic Management: Ensure documentation compliance, monitor revenue forecasts, and develop plans to enhance service efficiency.
Recruitment and Performance: Hire new engineers and conduct performance reviews, fostering team competence and development.
Inventory Management: Oversee regional demo units and spare parts inventory, ensuring proper documentation and stock levels.
