Responsibilities:
As the Service Team Leader, you will:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a skilled team of valve and instrument technicians, ensuring strict adherence to QA and safety protocols both on-site and in our workshop.
  • Expertise: Showcase proficiency in fault finding and effective problem resolution, aligning with clients' specific requirements and needs.
  • Management Excellence: Oversee the performance of our QLD-based service personnel in POWERFLO Product Assembly, Testing, and Repair.
  • Quality Control Mastery: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards and ensure impeccable quality control, consistently following company policies and procedures.
  • Assembly and Testing Mastery: Direct the Regulator and Control Valve Assembly and Testing, Pressure Instrument and Temperature Instrument Calibration, Safety Valve Assembly and Testing, Level Instrument Calibration, and more.
  • Field Service Prowess: Conduct efficient field service work for our comprehensive product range, diligently managing service reports and project documentation.
  • Global Engagement: Be ready for interstate or international travel for training and fieldwork, contributing to the continuous improvement of our global service capabilities.
  • Technical Support Excellence: Provide top-notch technical support to external customers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth in service, spare parts, and replacement valves and instruments.
  • Sales and Promotion Initiatives: Actively promote our products to maximize sales opportunities, playing a key role in driving business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordination Mastery: Liaise effectively with all stakeholders to streamline valves and instrumentation servicing coordination.
  • Reporting Acumen: Provide accurate and timely project status updates, work priorities, and manufacturing lead times to external customers.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure unwavering compliance with standards and guidelines for both commercial and technical correctness.
