Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to provide essential on-site and remote technical support, ensuring the efficient and timely maintenance of our equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing aesthetic medical devices, especially laser machines.
  
The position is based in Alexandria and involves travel to customer sites within metro NSW and resolving technical issues over the phone. You will join a small, skilled team of technicians, balancing your time between field assignments and warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Deliver specialized remote support via telephone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products.
  • Negotiate timelines for solution implementation with clients and keep them informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure follow-up strategies to guarantee satisfaction.
  
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of proven experience in the installation and maintenance of electromechanically driven machinery.
  • Engineering qualifications in Industrial Electronics or Laser Technology.
  • Experience with precision optical and mechanical alignments, as well as medical/laser device support, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
