About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, supporting water treatment projects across FMCG and industrial sites in Brisbane. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting pumps and water treatment systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain water treatment equipment, including pumps and filtration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently on-site.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a field service technician, preferably in water treatment, pumps, or related industrial systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license (essential).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in water treatment, mechanical, or electrical fields.
• Experience working in FMCG or industrial environments.
