We’re seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of mechanical and water infrastructure works, including pump stations, pipelines, and treatment systems. You’ll manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What will you do?

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and installation works.
• Lead WHS, QA, and compliance processes on-site.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet delivery goals.

What will you need?

• Demonstrated experience in mechanical or civil construction, ideally within the water sector.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
