  What will you do?
  • Supervise site teams on multiple commercial and industrial roofing projects.
  • Maintain and boost team morale, keeping crews motivated, focused, and productive.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics for smooth workflow.
  • Attend sites to lead, check quality, and solve problems proactively.
  • Support communication with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain operational and safety processes on-site.
What will you need?
  • Trade qualification (essential)
  • Strong hands-on experience in commercial/industrial roofing
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and high workmanship standards
  • Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship
