Position Title: Site Supervisor – Fit-Out (NSW)

We are seeking a driven Site Manager to join a growing commercial construction and fit-out business delivering high-quality retail and live environment projects across NSW.

This role suits a hands-on operator with 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, strong site administration capability, and a trade background. Experience delivering projects within major retail environments such as Kmart, Woolworths and Coles will be highly regarded.

The Role You will take ownership of site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring programme, safety, cost and quality objectives are consistently achieved — often within live trading environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Drive programme performance and meet strict deadlines
• Oversee site administration, documentation and reporting
• Manage RFIs, variations and cost control processes
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and WHS standards
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Strong site administration skills
• Proficient in Procore and HammerTech
• Trade background preferred
• Proven experience delivering retail or live environment fit-outs
• Strong leadership and organisational ability
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site safety
