About the role:
You will lead and collaborate with our field service teams, overseeing daily projects, coordinating personnel and equipment schedules, and actively participating in meetings and toolbox talks. Your role includes on-site support to ensure the successful completion of tasks for the installation of pumps, poly and steel pipelines and fittings across mine sites. 

You prioritize safety, are solution-oriented, and demonstrate unwavering reliability, ensuring tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail. 

You will cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships while also seizing opportunities to drive sales and foster business growth.

With a background in water management and extensive experience in project management within the mining or civil sectors, you are well-equipped to excel in this role.

It's important to note that this role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on work. You will actively assist your field team to ensure installations are carried out efficiently and accurately, prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times.
