Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site WHS plan
- Deliver training, audits, toolbox talks, and manage contractors
- Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Oversee emergency management and evacuation procedures
- Ensure WHS policy integration across departments
- Monitor and improve WHS performance metrics
- Implement SOPs and manage WHS documentation
- Advise senior stakeholders on WHS systems and compliance
- Coordinate RTW programs and track WHS targets
What You’ll Bring:
- WHS qualifications (Cert IV/Diploma or higher)
- 2+ years in a senior WHS role, ideally in food/FMCG
- Hands on approach
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to influence and build strong safety culture
- Proficient in WHS reporting and Microsoft Excel
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
