Company / Role:

A long standing Property Developer that holds International recognition requires a Snr Development Manager or Development Director to come into an already established team and help guide them to further success. 

This position will play a pivotal role for the full lifecycle and development of major luxury residential apartments that reach up to their 1000's. 

Duties: 

• Mentor & manage consultants, contractors & development teams. Strategize & implement, be key in negotiation of contracts, Development approvals, project management, scope out new site opportunities. Fostering collaboration with Stakeholders - plus more.

Requirements:

You will have at least 5-10 years in a similar role, with a Real Estate developer. 
You will preferably hold Project management attributes in addition to development management experience. Tertiary qualifications in Property & Construction a must.
