Join a dynamic Solar and Battery company installing large complex solar and battery systems, heat pumps and EV chargers to customers in Perth and surrounding areas.

• Seeking a technically-minded professional with a strong background in Solar
• Ideally with experience as a Supervisor or Manager within operations, projects or service
• Electrical background preferred, though also open to Solar Technical Support, Engineering, OEM experience, or other relevant Trade.
• This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 10+ installs per day
• Be the point of contact for on-day issues
• Advise on system designs, equipment, regulations and codes
• Perform desktop checks for design, quality and compliance
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Ensure high standards of quality and compliance
• Occasional travel to perform onsite inspections

Skills Required: 

• Electrical Trade Cert or other relevant Solar industry experience
• Current A Grade licence preferred
• Knowledge of install, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Australian standards AS477, 5139 and 5033
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• SAA or CEC Accreditation preferred
