Key Responsibilities:
- Design Innovative Solutions: Create and develop architectural solutions for various initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Blueprint Creation: Develop detailed architectural designs and documentation to guide development teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present architectural strategies to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and integrating feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to ensure that architectural solutions align with project goals and team capabilities.
- Integration Planning: Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate new technologies and tools to assess their potential value and applicability to the organization.
- Performance Enhancement: Analyze and enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure architectural solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices for security, addressing any potential vulnerabilities.
- Mentoring: Assist team members in developing their skills and understanding of architectural principles.
- Development Background: A strong foundation in software development with an understanding of software architecture principles, including a minimum of three years in solution architect roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with modern technology stacks, including React, .NET, MongoDB, and cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS.
- Architectural Experience: Familiarity with Microservices Architecture (MSA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and/or Event-Driven Architecture.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in a team environment, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple projects or systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing diverse stakeholder interests, balancing technical and business considerations.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation for varied audiences.
