Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 + strong performance incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across a defined Victorian spine territory
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with Orthopaedic Spinal and Neurosurgeons
- Provide expert in-theatre support for spinal and neurosurgical procedures
- Build long-term relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and key hospital stakeholders
- Deliver product training, education, and clinical case support
- Manage loan kits, instrumentation, and implant availability to ensure seamless case execution
- Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager on territory strategy and kit investment decisions
- Share market, customer, and competitive insights to support broader business growth
- 5–7+ years’ experience in medical device sales within a clinical environment
- Strong background in implants (spine experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term surgeon relationships
- Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Confident providing hands-on support in theatre
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Nursing, Paramedicine, Biomedical Engineering, Anatomy, Science or similar)
