AUSTCORP is looking for an experienced Spray Seal Manager to lead our customers spray seal operations. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects, people, and performance while driving continuous improvement and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead depot operations and manage annual budgets.
• Plan and coordinate resources to deliver quality spray seal projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, reporting, and forecasting.
• Provide clear leadership and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

We are Looking For

• Experience in spray seal or strong knowledge of pavements and asphalt.
• Civil Engineering qualification (Nice to have).
• Proven leadership experience in spray seal, asphalt, or civil works.
• Strong project delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
• Collaborative, safety-focused, and results-driven.
