Seeking dedicated Spray Seal Operators and Labourers to join our clients busy Spray Seal teams

About You:

• Current HR licence or higher
• White card (Construction Induction Card)
• Experience in Spray Seal, Asphalt, or Civil work
• Proven manual labour experience
• Willingness to work away from home
• RII Tickets (Roller, Front End Loader, Skid Steer) are a plus
• Physically capable of working up to 12 hours a day
• Excellent work references
• Great attitude and easy-going nature
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Ability to monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Commitment to following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
• Team player, able to work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently
