They have just acquired some large scale multi discipline projects in South Australia and need an Operations Manager to help join the projects team.
With a fantastic team culture and a strong leadership team they are on the road to really bug things next year with a strong portfolio in the pipeline.
Responsibilities include;
- Ability to manage a team
- Experience in supporting business processes
- Ability to work with Management to understand product requirements
- Monthly forecasting & reporting exposure
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to travel between two facilities
- Proven track record exceeding sales and business growth targets
- Experience in the fire, mining or related industry would be ideal
- Business Management qualifications preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager / similar role within the Fire industry
- Previous experience in winning Sprinkler service projects
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Extensive experience and understanding of the operational requirements of Smoke Management and Stair Pressurisation Systems.
- Strong knowledge and ability to interpret the BCA & Fire Australia Standards to certify Mechanical Air Handling, Smoke Management and Stair Pressurization Systems operation in Fire Mode.
- Fire, Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- Full Australian working rights and local experience is essential
- Full drivers license
