Responsibilities Include

Lead the state’s Electronic Security operations, ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of technicians, project managers, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with national leadership to implement business strategies and growth plans for the state.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving business development opportunities.
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiencies to meet company targets.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the Electronic Security industry, with proven leadership and management skills.
Strong understanding of security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security Systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
A strategic thinker who can drive growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Proven track record of managing a team, working well in a team environment and strong leadership qualities.
