Responsibilities Include

• Lead the state’s Electronic Security operations, ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Manage a team of technicians, project managers, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with national leadership to implement business strategies and growth plans for the state.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving business development opportunities.

• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiencies to meet company targets.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the Electronic Security industry, with proven leadership and management skills.

• Strong understanding of security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and Integrated Security Systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

• A strategic thinker who can drive growth while maintaining operational excellence.

• Proven track record of managing a team, working well in a team environment and strong leadership qualities.
