About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Storeperson to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you'll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, stock management, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
You’ll report to the Warehouse Coordinator and work closely with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams to help meet customer delivery deadlines.

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Storeperson to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you'll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, stock management, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
You’ll report to the Warehouse Coordinator and work closely with freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams to help meet customer delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Stock Control & Inventory:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in stocktakes
- Assist with returns and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Load and unload goods safely (including containers)
- Pick, pack and label orders accurately for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard
- Operate forklifts and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow AQIS and Chain of Responsibility (COR) guidelines
- Complete freight bookings and consignment note
- Process goods in and out using warehouse systems (e.g., IFS)
- File paperwork and communicate dispatch updates to the sales team
- Complete required training modules (e.g., ELMO)
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or storeperson role
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, warehouse systems)
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
