The position is a Level 1 / 2 infrastructure support role focussing on the 300+ internal users of the business.  The role is a mix of interesting IT project work and normal BAU activity
  
Requirements:
Strong customer service focus
Windows 10
Understanding of Office 365
Experience supporting the Microsoft product family
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong reliability
