Salary Package:
$90,000 - $120,000 base plus super

Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Territory Manager in our Surgical Team, a professional sales position whose primary objective is the presentation, promotion, and sale of my client's portfolio of surgical device products such as intraocular lenses, viscoelastic solutions, and other surgical products.
Territory: NSW South and Sydney West.

Role
We currently have a vacancy for a Territory Manager in our Surgical Team, a professional sales position whose primary objective is the presentation, promotion, and sale of my client's portfolio of surgical device products such as intraocular lenses, viscoelastic solutions, and other surgical products.
Territory: NSW South and Sydney West.
About the role:
- To promote and sell our surgical products to ophthalmologists, theatre nurses, and procurement departments of Day Surgeries and Hospitals in the assigned territory.
- Create interest and demand for our surgical technologies with Ophthalmologists.
- Providing continuous support for the product range through attending meetings, trade displays and conferences to maintain and expand the company's customer base.
- Analyse sales trends and monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure you achieve planned objectives.
- Ensure maximum coverage of accounts within Territory.
- Execute territory sales plans every quarter.
- Support surgeons and nursing staff in all aspects of surgical technique related to my client's Surgical equipment.
- Provide field technical support in the assigned territory through sales demonstrations, training, lectures, and troubleshooting.
- Management of consignment stock.
- A proven track record in medical device / technical sales (minimum 3 years)
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Experience in Ophthalmic Nursing, Orthoptics or theatre environment
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated experience achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets
- Ability to establish new distribution channels for current and future product ranges
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop a customer base
- Ability to build and maintain critical clinical relationships
- Ability to react swiftly in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
