About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and solutions-focused Technical Engineer to join our team at a high-performing chemical production facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day operations, improving process efficiencies, and ensuring engineering reliability and safety standards are upheld across the plant.
You will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot technical issues, lead small-to-medium engineering projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Tertiary qualification in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or related discipline).
• Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Understanding of process control systems, pumps, valves, piping, and chemical handling equipment.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., HAZOP, MSDS, PPE standards).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
