My client is a leading provider of industrial pumping equipment used in water treatment applications, covering all aspects of water engineering for the mining, agricultural, domestic and industrial sectors. They now seek a technical hands on professional that is able to also be customer facing.
The Role:
- Promote their range of pumps and pumping equipment throughout mining, agricultural, domestic and industrial sectors.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase revenue across the region.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure you provide up to date technical solutions.
- Become your customers trusted advisor through delivering complete specialised long-term engineered solutions.
- Seek and develop new opportunities with new ideal clients.
- Previous experience either working on or selling pumps.
- Have a sound knowledge of a variety of pump makes and models
- Have exposure to water treatment and filtration Equipment
- A basic understanding of Client Account Management and Business Development.
- Knowledge of the Queensland Mining Industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player that’s reliable and enjoys working in a high-performance team culture.
- Candidates with a mechanical qualification highly regarded.
