About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Technical Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Newcastle and QLD boarder. You’ll be the key point of contact for mine sites, councils, and industrial operations, providing tailored solutions backed by a technically capable and service-oriented team.
This is a field-based role typically involving 4–5 days on the road per week. Monthly travel a week with travel expenses fully covered, and a fully maintained company vehicle is provided. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commissions on top of your base salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships across designated territories
- Conduct on-site assessments to provide customised technical solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders
- Work closely with internal service and engineering teams to ensure project success
- Drive sales growth through proactive business development and account management
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales (ideally pumps, water treatment, or mining-related equipment)
- Knowledge of industrial fluid systems and pumping applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel monthly and work independently in the field
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Current driver's license (mandatory)
