Job Overview: We're seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to provide sales support, technical guidance, advice, and training on their products and solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for large projects
• Provide technical support to clients, consultants, contractors, and internal sales engineers
• Assist in presenting to consulting engineers and end users
• Create technical equipment schedules and compliance reports
• Liaise with manufacturing locations for technical, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Maintain internal process documentation and databases
• Process and review orders technically and financially
• Coordinate with projects and service teams for handovers
• Monitor stock levels and place orders with the factory

Qualifications and Experience:

• HVAC experience or similar industry background preferred
• Mechanical Engineering degree/Diploma advantageous but not essential
• Suitable for graduate engineers
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
