An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a CAD & Systems Team Manager to lead a small technical team and take ownership of key digital systems used in production.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with deep experience in 2D/3D CAD, nesting software, MRP systems, and Power BI. You'll be responsible for streamlining workflows, supporting your team, and improving system performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of CAD programmers and estimators
• Oversee MRP systems, Power BI dashboards, and software tools
• Provide hands-on support with CAD and nesting when required
• Manage system upgrades, technical support, and process improvements
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet project timelines

About You

• Advanced skills in 2D/3D CAD and nesting software (e.g. Sigmanest or similar)
• Experience managing or coordinating technical teams
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production systems
• Confident working across MRP systems and reporting tools like Power BI
• A problem-solver with a proactive, team-first mindset
