About the Role
In your new role, you will provide support and develop business growth for aesthetic capital devices across New South Wales. The role includes but is not limited to-
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop the NSW Sales Strategies
- Driving the success of your territory and ensuring your monthly sales targets & KPI’s are met
- Ensure outstanding customer service is consistently delivered
- Servicing existing clients within your territory, visiting these accounts on a call cycle to increase sales and add valuable support.
- Sourcing new business to ensure growth within your territory.
- Developing strong, meaningful team and client relationships.
- Planning and participating in conferences, workshops and VIP events for our partners as well as keeping them up to date on all educational programs and marketing material
- Deliver in-clinic & salon education
- Previous sales experience selling capital aesthetic equipment (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven, self-motivated and organised
- Ability to travel
- High level of understanding of sales cycles and strategies
- Possess proficient computer literacy skills
- 90k base + Super + car allowance + Commission
