We’re partnered with a fast-growing foot & ankle company that’s redefining how surgeons approach lower limb reconstruction and trauma and they’re looking for a Territory Manager to take the lead across Melbourne.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital teams
• Providing hands-on surgical support in theatre, helping to deliver the best outcomes for patients
• Educating and training clinical staff on innovative products and procedures
• Owning your territory and driving commercial success with autonomy and support

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Experienced orthopaedic sales reps (foot & ankle, trauma, or sports med ideal)
✅ Clinically trained professionals – physiotherapists, orthotists, osteopaths, or nurses looking to move into medical device sales

• Confidence in theatre and the ability to support surgeons under pressure
