Territory Manager NSW Interventional

Job description

About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Manager with a strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for exceeding targets. This role sits within the interventional field, where experience with catheters, wires, guides, and similar devices is highly desirable. Success in this position requires someone who is not only commercially sharp but also thrives on providing excellent clinical service and support.

The Company
A fast-growing global leader in neurovascular innovation, bringing cutting-edge devices that change patient outcomes. You’ll be working with a company that combines strong international backing with a dynamic local presence, giving you the chance to make a real impact in hospitals, grow alongside industry experts, and be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales growth by identifying new opportunities, driving territory expansion, and winning new business.
  • Provide technical and clinical support in interventional cases, ensuring safe and effective product use.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and hospital staff.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions that educate and add value.
  • Manage consignment and trunk stock efficiently, ensuring availability and compliance.
  • Execute regional and national sales strategies, contributing to both short- and long-term business growth.
  • Regularly forecast, plan, and report on territory performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in medical devices, preferably within interventional cardiology or radiology.
  • Familiarity with catheters, wires, guides, or related interventional products.
  • A hunter’s mindset — entrepreneurial, competitive, and driven to overachieve.
  • Strong service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to broader business goals.
  • Must live in the territory with flexibility for daily travel.
This role offers the chance to join a high-performing team where you can bring energy, service, and drive to a dynamic interventional portfolio.
