My client are seeking a Product Specialist to join their Orthopaedic sales team in Western Australia. We're on the lookout for a candidate who embodies motivation, drive, passion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As a Product Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to promote our innovative range of Orthopaedic products to Orthopaedic & General Surgeons, as well as Private & Public Hospitals.
This role is perfect for a sales professional aiming for high visibility in a growing organisation, with experience in Surgical Devices and a fervent interest in various Surgical Specialties.
Salary package is
Base - 120-150k+
Car - 22k

Responsibilities:
- Promote our Orthopaedic portfolio, including Sports Medicine implants, Biologics, capital equipment, and related consumables.
- Develop sales strategies for key accounts in collaboration with the State Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Execute agreed-upon sales strategies.
- Prepare customer proposals, contracts, pricing agreements, and consignments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Identify new sales opportunities and sustain existing business relationships.
- Assist in surgical cases and trial setups.
- Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- High levels of energy, motivation, perseverance, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- 2+ years of consistent quota achievement or top performance in Medical Device Sales, preferably in the Operating Theatre environment.
- Tenacity and a results-oriented approach.
