Senior Territory Sales Manager – Hospitals | VIC East Part-Time (0.6 FTE) | Melbourne Metro

$110,000 - $115,000 base  + $16k Car + Bonus eligibility  + Super

A global healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced hospital sales professional to manage and grow a well-established portfolio across public and private hospitals in Melbourne’s Eastern region.
This is a rare part-time opportunity (0.6 FTE) for a commercially minded medical sales professional who enjoys building strong clinical relationships while maintaining a flexible working arrangement. Ideal for someone looking to remain active in the hospital environment while balancing other commitments.
You will play a key role in driving adoption of infection control and surgical product solutions within hospital settings, working closely with surgeons, theatre teams, infection control specialists and procurement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow hospital accounts across Victoria East (metro and selected regional sites)
  • Deliver territory revenue targets across a portfolio of infection control and healthcare safety products
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre managers, infection control teams, procurement and clinical educators
  • Lead product evaluations and trials within operating theatre environments
  • Provide clinical education and product in-servicing to support adoption and customer loyalty
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to national strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking through CRM systems
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and hospital procurement changes
  • Deliver regular territory reporting, forecasting and account insights
About You
  • 5+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the Victorian public and private hospital landscape
  • Experience working within operating theatres or procedural environments
  • Proven ability to drive product evaluations and convert trials into long-term usage
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with clinical, procurement and executive stakeholders
