Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory through strategic account management and territory coverage.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, providing product education, training, and case support.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations, showcasing clinical and technical expertise.
  • Manage consignment and trunk stock, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Contribute to business growth by executing regional sales strategies and seeking out new opportunities.
  • Stay across industry trends and competitor activity, maintaining sharp product and market knowledge.
  • Maintain regular reporting and communication with leadership, including forecasting and account planning.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical devices, account management, or a similar role.
  • Someone who is coachable, entrepreneurial, and curious, with the aptitude to grow into something bigger.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust.
  • Lives in Victoria and is able to travel regularly within the territory.
