Base Criteria
3+ years’ experience in learning and development or an RTO where you have experience with scheduling compliance of training. The key to this role is someone is structured, organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Outline Duties
  • End to end coordination of training and development programs, as well as ensuring national and international compliance with relevant training and government standards.
  • Administering and scheduling training programs, training facilities and course materials.
  • You will be monitoring and reporting, e.g. auditing, maintaining and tracking data and ensuring that there are no compliance breaches.
  • Liaise with people delivering training and other stakeholders.
Skills and attributes
  • 3+ years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar administrative/compliance-focused role.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and compliance skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence to interact with a wide range of people.
