Base Criteria
3+ years’ experience in learning and development or experience working in a RTO where you have experience with scheduling of training courses, travel and admin. The key to this role is someone is structured, organised and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Outline Duties
- End-to-end coordination of training and development programs, as well as ensuring national and international reporting with relevant training and government standards.
- Administering and scheduling training programs, training facilities and course materials.
- Monitoring and reporting, e.g. auditing, maintaining and tracking data and ensuring that there are no compliance breaches.
- Liaise with trainers, students and other stakeholders.
- 3+ years’ experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a similar administrative- focused role.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and compliance skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with a wide range of people.
