The Role:
My client are looking for a BDM with proven experience in the HVAC industry and previous experience with VRF systems. 
The role will suit a hunter who enjoys sales with the desire to take their career to the next level. If you are an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager with a strong knowledge of VRF products, I want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the market segments, major product groups and development and retention of new major clients in Sydney
  • Develop key relationships with customers to maximize account value and cross selling opportunities
  • Target new and potential customers to ensure the new business targets are met
  • Achieve KPI's and Sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and customer retention
