As a key player in the industry, my client, a privately owned Australian enterprise, is dedicated to distributing and assisting with Clinical Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, Point of Care, and Research solutions within the Australian and New Zealand regions. 
  
Salary package: $65k plus super (potentially flexible)
  
Requirements
  • Forklift licence (MUST HAVE)
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Good English, written and verbal
  • Previous warehouse experience handling cold storage items ( RT, 4C, -20C and -80C) is advantageous.
  • No previous experience in the Life Sciences industry is required; training will be provided
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Open and secure the warehouse daily.
  • Receive, unpack, and store all incoming goods.
  • Promptly pack all outgoing goods with appropriate labels and documentation. Provide all paperwork to relevant individuals promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean manner.
  • Uphold shipping and packaging standards.
  • Arrange courier pickups and deliveries and act as a point of contact for courier representatives.
  • Assist in facilitating delivery if a customer's order still needs to be received.
  • Ensure bins are placed out for collection and brought back in
  • Adhere to inspection and testing procedures, maintaining accurate records.
  • Attend training sessions and other company activities, including evenings and sometimes weekends.
  • Follow instructions to comply with the Quality Assurance Program.
  • Identify and document any instances of non-conformance
  • Suggest actions to prevent non-conformance occurrences.
  • Report any quality-related issues to the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Hours: 8 am-4 pm
