This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage the supply chain from the freight to the end user. This company is experiencing significant growth and that is a direct result from their diverse product portfolio and service delivery. The Product line is composed of electrical and mechanical tools and equipment. 

As the Warehouse Manager you will be overseeing a team of fleet drivers, technicians and warehouse operational staff, to execute the end to end delivery.

The operational responsibilities include:

• Inventory controlling and stock management.
• Scheduling of dispatch/returns from warehouse to stores.
• Delegating tasks between team members.
• Stock take reporting in line with company reporting requirements, daily, weekly, monthly.
• Implementing and executing lean management methodologies to improve process.
• Document control and processing of inbound and outbound orders.
• Overseeing the maintenance and assembling of equipment.
• Leading OHS standards for the Warehouse team.

The successful Warehouse Manager will posses the following:

• 5 + years experience in a Warehouse Management/Supervisor role.
• A proven track record implementing and executing new procedures and models to increase productivity.
• A proven rack record managing and mentoring staff.
• A passion for innovation and change.
• A strong background operating ERP systems.
