WHS Business Partner – Wellbeing
Based in Epping, Sydney | Travel across NSW & ACT (expenses covered)
$120k–$130k + Super + Salary Packaging

We’re currently seeking a hands-on, passionate WHS professional to step into an autonomous WHS Business Partner – Wellbeing role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape wellbeing strategy, support frontline teams, and build a culture of psychological safety across a large and diverse workforce.

Based in Epping, Sydney, with travel across NSW and ACT (all expenses covered), you’ll work closely with operational leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver impactful WHS and wellbeing initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver the organisation’s wellbeing and WHS strategy across multiple sites
- Partner with leaders to identify psychosocial risks and drive preventative action
- Implement mental health and wellbeing programs tailored to diverse workforces
- Deliver training and coaching to support psychologically safe workplaces
- Monitor data and feedback to drive continuous safety and wellbeing improvements
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, particularly psychological safety requirements
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Psychology, Occupational Health, HR or similar
- Solid understanding of psychosocial risk management and WHS legislation
- Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives across multi-site or complex environments
- Strong communicator and coach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys field-based work
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Mental Health First Aid Trainer accreditation or similar
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, manufacturing, or not-for-profit sectors

- You must be currently living in Australia with full Australian working rights.
