Austcorp Executive are partnering with a well established design, manufacture and service provider of heavy transport equipment. They work closely with the mining, construction, agricultural and general freight industries throughout Australia.

On the back of a successful year the team are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor - Trucks & Trailer Assembly on a full time basis who has previously worked in a successful hands on assembly / fabrication department.

As the Workshop Supervisor your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing team of workshop professionals in regards to effective delivery of trailer fit outs
• Scheduling and prioritizing work to meet production targets
• Work closely with different teams across the company 
• Mentoring of tradespeople, trade assistants and apprentices

A little bit about you:

• 2 + years experience in a manufacturing / trailer workshop
• Trade qualification in Fabrication, Vehicle Body Building or Heavy Mechanic Fields
• Experience with fit out of electrical, ABS and Hydraulic components (Highly Desirable)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience managing junior members of workshop staff
