Austcorp Executive are partnering with an industry leading company that specialise the design, assembly and service of heavy transport equipment. They work closely with the mining, agricultural and general freight industries throughout Australia. 

On the back of their continued growth the team are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage their their assembly and fit out team. 

As the Workshop Supervisor your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee and manage the assembly and fit out team. 
• Scheduling works to meet production targets.
• Lead and mentor junior employees in the team.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the build and sign off on finished equipment 
• Adhere to Health and Safety legislation.

A little bit about you:

• Similar experience in a Supervisory position 
• Trade qualification
• Knowledge of braking, PTO systems and hydraulics 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working with trucks and trailers (Highly regarded)
