We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy steel fabrication workshop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage people, production, and safety to ensure quality outcomes and on-time delivery.

The Role

• Oversee workshop scheduling, task allocation, and resources
• Supervise fabrication works, ensuring compliance with drawings, QA, and WHS
• Lead and mentor a small team, driving performance and culture
• Maintain QA documentation and welder qualifications
• Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in steel fabrication
• Proven supervisory or leadership background
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read drawings
• Safety and quality focused
• Welding Supervisor certification (AS2214/AS1796) highly regarded
