Austcorp Executive are partnering with an industry leading company that specialises in the service, repair and manufacture of road haulage equipment. The team are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Supervisor to oversee and lead their service and heavy repair teams. 

As the Workshop Supervisor you will report directly to the Service Manager and be responsible for workforce planning and scheduling, health and safety, technical advice and mentoring of junior employees. 
 
The key duties will include by not be limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop 
• Report the status of service and repair jobs to the Service Manager
• Remain solutions focused with respect to the supply of parts and materials, customer requirements whilst maintaining compliance to ADR, quality and health and safety.
• Inspection of completed works prior to release of equipment to clients
• Maintaining a safe, committed, happy. motivated and reliable work environment.
• Mentor of junior employees and apprentices 

A little bit about you:

• 3+ years in a supervisory role in regards to the service and repair of heavy haulage equipment (Trailers, Trucks)
• Qualifications in Vehicle Body Building or HD Mechanic (Highly Regarded)
• Excellent personal communication, interaction and motivation skills
• Experience working to Australian standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead small - medium sized teams to achieve planned outputs
