Financial Controller

Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading Australian owned bulk haulage and mining company. On the back of their continued success the team are looking to recruit a Financial Planner.  This role will work report directly into the CFO and be based out their Perth offices. As the Financial Controller you will help manage the finance team and prepare forecasts and financial reports for the Senior Executive team. This role offers the chance to work with one of WAs fastest growing companies in the mining and resources sector.  Key Responsibilities: Manage the finance team to deliver reporting deadlines  Preparation of the Consolidated Group Management reporting and individual contracts financial analysis Preparation of rolling 3-way financial forecasts  Ongoing oversight and monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations including bank accounts, accounts payable and receivable, prepayments, intercompany loans, fixed asset register, equipment loans and employee entitlements Oversight of the payroll function for staff processed weekly including managing all associated payroll reporting and lodgment obligations Preparation of Statutory Annual Financial Reports and annual external financial Audit Oversee all accounting internal controls and processes to ensure compliance  Working with operations to ensure the reporting and information systems are established and maintained to capture financial data required What you'll bring? Tertiary Qualification in Accounting Degree, CPA/CA Qualified 5 years experience working with a large transport, freight or mining company  Experience with Xero, Power BI, Excel (Highly Regarded) Strong time management skills  Experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports What's in it for me? Austcorp Executive are partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of customized road transport equipment serving the mining, agricultural, chemical and general freight industries. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager to work out of their Perth branch. This role will develop and grow their client portfolio in WA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the heavy mobile or transport equipment industry.  Key Responsibilities  Identify and develop new business within the heavy road transport equipment sector Maintain in depth knowledge of companies product lines Mentor and lead junior sales representatives Prepare quotations and sales proposals Work in collaboration with the national team Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Experience Required  3 - 5 years sales experience with heavy mobile or heavy transport equipment A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast- paced work environment Experience working with a manufacturing company (Highly Desirable) Whats in it for you? Industrial Maintenance Electrician

AustCorp Executive is working in partnership with a WA-based leader in industrial manufacturing. The business is well-established, producing a high volume of precision-crafted products using modern, automated technologies across multiple integrated production lines. The role we are recruiting is an Industrial Maintenance Electrician. This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all electrical and mechanical systems across the manufacturing facility. You will diagnose faults, perform installations, and carry out preventative and reactive maintenance. The Role Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant and machinery. Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical layouts to diagnose faults and ensure optimal system performance. Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of equipment. Support PLC troubleshooting and basic programming. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to deliver effective, real-time maintenance support.    The Requirements To qualify for this opportunity, please look at the requirements carefully before submitting your details. A current A-Grade Electrical Licence (WA). Strong experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
