Care Manager - Residential Aged Care - Murwillumbah, Northern NSW Our client is a leading for-profit provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the lives of their residents. With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities and are currently seeking a Care Manager at one of their facilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process. Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes. Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication. Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services. Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements. Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing. Proficiency in computer systems Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles. Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes. Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight)  A valid police check clearance. We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Care at Home Coordinator to join our clients dedicated team and help ensure older adults and individuals with support needs can live independently and safely at home. About the Role As a Home Care Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring care and support services for clients. Working closely with clients, families, and support staff, you'll ensure services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency. Your day-to-day will include: Managing incoming referrals and conducting client assessments Developing individualised care plans tailored to client goals and needs Coordinating staff schedules and matching carers with clients Monitoring service delivery to maintain quality and client satisfaction Maintaining accurate client records and complying with relevant policies and procedures Responding promptly to incidents, feedback, or concerns On-call roster - allowances and call out levy - additional $ What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who combines warmth and empathy with sharp organisational and communication skills.
