Home Care Clinical Manager – NSW Lead a Division Across Sydney & the Central Coast A leading multi-state retirement living provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Care Manager  lead a new in-home care service for residents living across their villages in Sydney and the Central Coast. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a pivotal moment of growth. The successful candidate will play a foundational role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, customer-focused home care offering that supports residents to live independently for longer. About the Role The Home Care Clinical Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of tailored care services across a portfolio of retirement villages. Working closely with Village Managers, care teams, families, and external providers, this role is central to ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard—aligned with both regulatory requirements and the organisation’s values. Regular travel between village locations in Sydney and the Central Coast is required, with a car allowance provided. Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in aged care? We are seeking a skilled and Registered Nurse to join our clients team their regional home in Grafton.  Full time or Part Time rosters available. About the Role In this role, you will oversee the health and wellbeing of residents during night shifts, ensuring a high standard of clinical care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with a supportive team to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical care, including assessments, medication management, and wound care. Monitor and respond to residents' health needs during night hours. Supervise and support care staff to deliver person-centred care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Aged Care Quality Standards. Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns as required. What our client is looking Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN in Australia (mandatory). Excellent clinical and communication skills. Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
