What You’ll Be Doing Drive new sales: Identify and convert new customers through cold calls, site visits, trade shows and referrals. Full driver’s license and police check (at offer stage). We’re partnering with a well-established, high-tech fabrication business that services a wide range of industries and prides itself on quality, precision, and service. They are currently looking for an Internal Sales Team Member to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. About the Role In this role, you’ll work within a supportive sales and estimating team, liaising directly with customers to process quotes and orders for custom metal components. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer needs are understood and translated into accurate, timely job orders for production. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotes and sales orders based on customer part specifications Accurately enter parts and job data into the ERP system Liaise with customers regarding quotes, materials, order status and delivery Create and check job order packages to ensure clarity for production Work closely with the Programming and Production teams Provide internal support to Account Managers Maintain strong customer service standards and professionalism What We’re Looking For Strong customer service background, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sales High attention to detail and an interest in technical or engineered products Experience with ERP systems or willingness to learn CAD software experience (e.g., IntelliCAD, Solidworks) is advantageous A proactive, solutions-focused communicator Understanding of fabrication, laser cutting or CNC machining (advantageous) Benefits Monday to Friday role – standard day hours Well-established, reputable employer with strong safety and team values Great internal culture and supportive leadership Opportunities for professional growth and development

With demand continuing to rise across Australia, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support quoting, pricing, and tender preparation across a variety of project-based work.
