A great opportunity to join a multinational Facilities Management organisation, supporting a key contract working across several NSW sites and supporting QLD & VIC premises.
Ideally you will have a technical background; or worked directly overseeing M&E / HVAC / FF&E trades staff undertaking maintenance, repairs and minor works to predominantly Commercial Buildings.
You will ideally have 3+ years experience working within a service environment - Building Maintenance or Facilities Management and within a strong client-facing operational role – liaising with building owners and premises users.
You will have strong interpersonal skills; able to devise best maintenance practice solutions, oversee minor works project delivery through in-house staff or contractors, and the preparation of required paperwork / reports.
This role will require daily travel within the Sydney CBD, and bi-monthly travel to premises in VIC and QLD.
