Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility asset and service management, optimizing asset value and lifecycle to drive business success.
- Oversee the performance management of our FM provider in various areas including Facilities Management, Technical Procurement, Project Management, and Engineering.
- Provide support for FM project activities, including fault tracking and implementing effective remediation strategies.
- Develop and maintain scenario modeling for potential facility failures (FMEA) and establish action plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and occupational health and safety standards.
- Manage the annual facility budget, effectively allocating funds to support necessary services.
- We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who comprehends the commercial implications of managing a complex site.
- Your track record demonstrates expertise in electrical engineering systems and facilities maintenance, with leadership roles to your credit.
- You excel in contract and partnership management and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. With hands-on experience in electrical installations and maintenance, you remain up to date with the latest advancements in systems and management processes.
