I am partnering with a number of local engineering and infrastructure companies, who are experiencing tremendous growth and as a result, they require a motivated Office Coordinator to help them to continue to support the Engineering, Finance, HR, Management and Workshops teams in Perth.
This dynamic role would see you as an all-rounder who ensures smooth day-to-day operations, reception duties, assisting with payroll functions, and other administrative duties as required.

This dynamic role would see you as an all-rounder who ensures smooth day-to-day operations, reception duties, assisting with payroll functions, and other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- First point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Answering our office phone and responding to inquiries as able and/or direct telephone inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, stationery and canteen supplies as required.
- Maintain overall organisation of the office and storage of supplies.
- Setting up new Employees, create rosters assisting with payroll functions.
- Manage the receiving and sending of office mail and packages, including onsite receiving of packages.
- Assist with any large group lunch orders for onsite training/meetings.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook.
- Experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
- Positive attitude with an outstanding customer service ethic.
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
- High level verbal and written communication skills with a high regard for confidentiality, security, and ethical conduct.
